A prática pedagógica em um serviço de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto: o desenvolvimento do projeto político-pedagógico como base do trabalho socioeducativo

This abstract is based on an ongoing research that aims to report and analyze the construction and implementation of the political pedagogical project (PPP) in a Socio-educational Measures in Open Environment Service (SMSE/MA) in Sao Paulo city. Specifically: 1) Understand the function of the pedagogical aspect in SMSE/MA; 2) Verify if the elaboration of the PPP can support the accomplishment of the pedagogical actions in the SMSE/MA and; 3) Describe the indicators to support the construction of PPPs in the scope of the SMSE/MA. The theoretical reference used is based initially on federal legislation, state legislation (SP) and municipal legislation (SP), and on theoreticians who discuss the concepts of pedagogy, political pedagogical project, social pedagogy and its practices, such as Veiga, Caliman and  Freire. Methodologically, it is a research of diagnostic approach, of the exploratory type, developed in the format of case study. The following sources were used: a) documents – meetings minutes, case studies, institutional supervision and assessments performed by adolescents / young people assisted in SMSE/MA; b) semi-structured interview with six professionals from the SMSE / MA. For the organization and analysis of the data will be used the method of meaning core. The research initially expresses preliminary results in the sense that the political pedagogical project favors the praxis of the educators, for their organicity and for relating to the everyday, life they experience.
