One year old female Persian cat showed clinical signs of mucous white exudation (leucorrhoea) from vulva, often licking her vulva, abdominal pain when pressed and decreased appetite. In routine hematological examination showed increase number of eosinophil and ultrasound examination of the uterus indicated the presence of fluid (anechoic) and thickening of uterus wall (hyper echoic). Histopathological observations of the uterus reveal the presence of hemorrhage, cystic, infiltration of inflammatory cells, necrosis, and hyperplasia. Based on those findings the cat was diagnosed suffering with cystic endometritis. The ovariohisterectomy has been done to overcome the cat problem.
