Topofobias e imaginarios del miedo sobre el espacio urbano de la localidad de Fontibón, Bogotá, Colombia

Expressions of crime have a recurring logic from places or spaces in which they appear, a situation that has led to the setting imaginary of fear and topophobias in the resident population of the locality of Fontibón, west of Bogotá, D. C. To comprehensively analyze the relations of coincidence or divergence between these two perspectives, the geography of crime in contrast with the geography of perception, mixed methodological elements are assumed to characterize the existence of explanatory factors from a territorial perspective. Thus, as a result of this reflection, it was possible to raise some socio-spatial dimensions to understand the territoriality of urban insecurity in the town.
