According to the World Health Organization reports, road traffic accidents caused 30.3% of morbidity and 28.7% of deaths in worldwide. The purpose of this study is assessment age and sex character of traffic accidents victims in the Isfahan province during the year 2009. Materials and Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study, which conducted with using data recorded in accidents nationwide program in Isfahan in 2009. Injuries caused by traffic accidents in this study are divided into three categories that include injuries by car, motorcycle and pedestrian.
