2008 Küresel Krizinin Kökeninde Yatan Hatalar ve Dodd-Frank Kanunu Düzenlemeleri(The Origin Mistakes of the 2008 Global Crisis and Dodd-Frank Act Regulations)

2008 krizinin hangi nedenler sonucu ortaya ciktigini aciklayan pek cok bilimsel yayin bulunmakta fakat krizin nedenlerini besleyen hatalari ortaya koyan detayli bir calisma yapilmadigi gorulmektedir. Oysa krizin patlak vermesini etkileyen her bir neden, gecmiste yapilmis hata(larin) sonucudur. Bu calisma; muhtemel krizleri onleyebilmek acisindan onem tasidigi dusuncesiyle kriz oncesinde yapilan hatalar ve bu hatalarin gelistirdigi kriz nedenleri, hatalar ve nedenler arasindaki baglantilar konusuna aciklik kazandirmak, literaturde gorulen eksikligin giderilmesine katki saglamak ve krizi hazirlayan etkenleri ortadan kaldirmaya yonelik olarak ABD tarafindan alinan onlemleri irdelemek amaciyla hazirlanmistir. Krizi doguran nedenlerin, liberal politikalar ile baslayan bir grup hatalar zinciri sonucunda gelistigi; kriz sonrasinda ise liberal politikalar yerine finansal risklerin yonetilmesine donuk guclu duzenlemelere odaklanildigi gorulmustur. There are various scientific publishing which explains the  reasons that  caused 2008 crisis to emerge, yet, it is observed that a detailed study has not been done to put forth breeding  mistakes  of the crisis. Whilst,any reason that effects the  crisis to  break out is a result of a previously done mistake(s). This study is prepared with the aims; considering to be important to prevent probable crisis to clarify the bonds between the mistakes and reasons , previously done mistakes before the crisis and reasons for  crisis developed by those  mistakes, contribute to satisfying the need in the literature, and to examine the precautions taken by the USA to  put away the reasons for the crisis. It is obsreved  that the reasons breeding the crisis are arised from a series of chain mistakes starting with liberal policies and  ends in focusing on the strong regulations for the  management of financial crisis policies instead of liberal policies in the post crisis period.
