Yetisme Ortamina Capsicum annuum Atigi Ilavesinin Pleurotus djamor ’un Selenyum Duzeyine Etkisi Bu calismada, uretim ortamina selenyum kaynagi olarak farkli oranlarda kirmizi biber atigi ilave edilmis Pleurotus djamor ’un selenyum duzeyleri belirlenmeye calisilmistir. Bu amacla alti farkli kompozisyonda kompost hazirlanarak P. djamor miseli ile asilanmis ve hasat edilen mantarlarin selenyum miktarlari analiz edilmistir. Sonuc olarak % 5 ve 10 oranlarinda kirmizi biber atigi ilave edilmis ortamda uretilen mantarlarin bunyesinde bir gram kuru maddede sirasiyla 0,268 ve 0, 294 µg duzeyinde selenyum tespit edilmistir. Daha yuksek oranlardaki kirmizi biber atigi ilavesi mantar miselinin gelisimi ve selenyum birikimi uzerinde negatif etki gostermistir. Effect on Selenium Level of Pleurotus djamor on Enriched Media with Capsicum annuum Waste In this study, selenium levels of P. djamor that different rates red pepper waste was added to the production media as a source of selenium were determined. For this purpose, six different compost group were prepared and inoculated with P. djamor mycelia. Selenium levels of harvested mushrooms were analyzed. In conclusion, 0.268 and 0,.294 µg selenium were determined in one gram dry mushroom that red pepper waste added to compost at 5 and 10 % respectively. Mycelia growth and selenium accumulation were negatively effected by higher rates of red pepper waste.
