Doku Fantom Üretimi ve Temel Optik Özelliklerinin Ölçümü / Fabrication of Tissue Phantom and Measurement of The Fundamental Optical Properties

Bu calismada, insan dokusu optik parametrelerinin olculebilmesi icin gerekli olan doku benzeri kati fantom tasariminin yapimi gerceklestirilmistir. Taban malzeme olarak silikon bazli Polydimethlysiloxane (PDMS), sogrulma ozelligi icin Hint murekkebi ve sacilma ozelligi icin ise titanyumdioksit (TiO 2 ) kullanilmistir. Hazirlanan kati fantomlarin optik ozellikleri, tek toplayici kure optik duzenegi tabanli, Ters Ekleme Katlama yontemi kullanilarak hesaplanmistir. Olcumler, lisansli referans fantom ile karsilastirilmis ve karesel ortalama hatasi 0.07’den az bulunmustur. Fantoma iliskin degerler; 633 nm dalgaboyu icin ; sogrulma katsayisi 0.22 cm -1 , indirgenmis sacilma katsayisi 10.6 cm -1 olarak bulunmustur. Bu degerler literaturdeki insan dokusu degerleri ile de ortusmektedir. Ayrica istenilen optik ozellikte ve sekillerde fantom yapilabilecegine ait veriler paylasilmistir. In this study, tissue like solid phantom was fabricated for being able to measure the human tissue optical parameters. It was used Polydimethlysiloxane (PDMS) as a basement material, Indian ink as an absorption, and titaniumdioxide (TiO 2 ) powder as a scattering agent. The optical characteristics of prepared solid phantoms were calculated by Inverse Adding Doubling method via based on single integrating sphere setup. The measurement results were compared with licensed reference phantom and the mean squared error was found less than 0.07. The fabricated phantom optical parameters are found absorption coefficient 0.22 cm -1 , reduced scattering coefficient 10.6 cm -1 at 633 nm. In addition, some results have been showed for making optional solid phantoms.
