Bu arastirmada dendrimerlerin yapilarindaki dallar arasindaki bosluklara cesitli molekulleri kapsulleyebilme yeteneginden yararlanilarak aromaterapi ozelligine sahip fonksiyonel yunlu dokuma kumaslarin uretimi uzerinde calisilmistir. Yunlu kumaslara dendrimer cozeltisi aplikasyonu yapilmis ve ardindan dendrimerle on islem gormus ve gormemis kumas numunelerine limon ve lavanta esansi aplikasyonlari gerceklestirilmistir. Ayrica dendrimerle islem gormus ve islemsiz numuneler uzerinde kokularin zamana ve yikama islemlerine bagli olarak kaliciligi da test edilmistir. Yapilan calismalar sonucunda, dendrimerle on islem gormus numunelerde koku yogunlugunun gerek zamana gerekse de yikama sayisina bagli olarak daha kalici oldugu saptamistir. In this research it was studied on the production of functional woolen fabrics that has the aromatherapy feature by taking the advantage of dendrimers' encapsulation ability of various molecules into spaces between their branches. Dendrimer solutions were applied to woolen fabrics, then lemon and lavender essences were applied to dendrimer treated and untreated fabrics. Furthermore, permanence of odors depending on time and washing cycle were also tested for both dendrimer treated and untreated fabrics. Finally it was determined that odor intensity of dendrimer treated samples were more permanent, depending on both time and washing cycle.
