In article analyzed the health outcomes, mortality and life expectancy of men and women in a comparative perspective in the Republic of Crimea in 2008-2013y. It was revealed that man sought medical help for diseases much less frequently than women. Overall, the death rate of men was higher than women, especially from respiratory diseases, injuries and poisonings. Maximum mortality was observed in young men (15-19 years) and active working age (20-24). Male life expectancy in Republic of Crimea was 10 years less than women, and 12-13 years lower than for men in developed countries.
