Polinpapilinho F. Katina serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the National Centers for System of Systems Engineering (NCSOSE) at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. He received his PhD in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at Old Dominion University. He also holds a MEng in Systems Engineering and a BSc in Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. His research interests include critical infrastructure protection, decision making under uncertainty, complex system governance, infranomics, systems engineering, systems of systems engineering, and systems theory. His research has been published in several journals including International Journal of Critical Infrastructures, International Journal of Critical Infrastructure Protection, International Journal of System of Systems Engineering, and Journal of Requirements Engineering. He is a co-editor of ’Infranomics: Sustainability, engineering design and governance.’
