Ralph Schaffer, Purdue College of Technology Dr. R. Andy Schaffer is the Director of Purdue University's College of Technology statewide locations at New Albany, Columbus, Greensburg and Vincennes and Associate Professor of Industrial Technology. He earned his Baccalaureate degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision “with highest distinction” at Purdue University, West Lafayette. He completed his Master of Business Administration degree “with distinction” at the University of Louisville and earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration at The Ohio State University. His Doctoral program emphases were in Organization Theory and International Business.
