Dr.S. Jimmy Gandhi is an assistant professor at California State University, Northridge and is also The Director of The Ernie Schaffer Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Dr.Gandhi teaches classes and has research interests in entrepreneurship, lean thinking, quality management, six sigma, project management and sustainability. Prior to coming to Cal State University, Northridge, Dr. Gandhi taught at The City University of New York and also at The Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ where he got his PhD in Engineering Management with a focus on Risk Management of Global Sourcing Projects
