Dr. Ralph Alan Dusseau, P.E., is professor and founding chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rowan University. Before coming to Rowan University in August 1995, Dr. Dusseau was an assistant and associate professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Wayne State University from 1985 to 1995. Dr. Dusseau received his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from Michigan State University in 1978, 1982, and 1985, respecitvely. Dr. Dusseau’s area of expertise is bridge engineering with an emphasis on seismic analysis of bridge structures.
