Arlisa Labrie Richardson, Estrella Mountain Community College Arlisa Richardson earned her Bachelor of Science in Physics from Grambling State University, a Masters of Science in Physics from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Masters of Science in Engineering of Materials from Arizona State University. In 2008, she completed a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction specializing in Science Education at Arizona State University. Her research focused on the development of students’ tinkering self-efficacy during a freshman engineering design course; specifically examining the impact of team interactions and gender.
