Bruce Jarrell, University of Maryland School of Medicine BRUCE JARRELL is Senior Associate Dean and Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He has been an active teacher of medical students and residents of surgery since 1980 and has received the Clinical Teacher of the Year numerous times. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
