Glocalización: enfoque para la internacionalización comercial en Norte de Santander frente al nacionalismo económico de Estados Unidos

The purpose of the present article is to highlight importance of commercial internationalization in North Santander within the perspective of the glocalization in front of the economic nationalism of intervening United States, analysis based in qualitative and quantitative studies that they apply an exploratory investigation of type utilizing secondary sources of information to allow to North Santander exam of Colombian and apartment foreign trade in front of the Treatise of Free Commerce with United States, results that do not fulfill the given expectations the considerable decrease of the commercial operations after the agreement that a low grade of economic integration in the Latin American context, which reflect short proof of Policies and procedures on the side of the State and of educational institutions to initiate a process of commercial internationalization.
