Gaziantep İlinde Antepfıstığı Üretim Ekonomisi Araştırması

OZET: Bu calismanin amaci Gaziantep ilinde antepfistigi uretiminin sosyo-ekonomik yapisini analiz etmektir. Arastirmanin ana materyalini 91 uretici ile yapilan anketlerden elde edilen veriler olusturmustur. Arastirma sonuclarina gore isletmelerde antepfistigi arazi varligi ortalama 84.4 da, dekara dusen agac sayisi 14.4 adet/da, ortalama dekara verim 68.4 kg/da ve ortalama agac verimi 7.74 kg/adet olarak saptanmistir. Incelenen isletmelerde ortalama Brut Kâr 33890.79 TL, dekara Brut Kâr 401.55 TL/da ve agac basina Brut Kâr 27.33 TL/adet olarak saptanmistir. Ureticilerin %98.5’i urununu hasattan sonra kurutarak sattiklari tespit edilmistir. Antepfistigi uretimini gelistirmeye yonelik teknik, sosyal ve ekonomik calismalara ihtiyac vardir. The main material of this study consisted of data obtained from surveys made by 91 producers. The results show an average 8.44 ha of land of pistachio farms, the number of trees per hectare 41.4 number/ha, the average yield per hectare 684 kg /ha and the average yield of the tree is 7.74 kg /number, respectively. Gross Profit 33890.79 TL per the studied farms, hectares Gross Profit 4015.5 TL/ha and Gross Profit per tree 27.33 TL/number respectively. Producers 98.5% of product selling drying after harvest.
