Augmented Deneme Desenine Dayalı İleri Kademe Makarnalık Buğday (Triticum turgidum ssp durum) Hatlarının Biplot Analiz Yöntemi İle Değerlendirilmesi

Ozet: Diyarbakir ekolojik sartlarinda 2008–2009 yetistirme yilinda yurutulen bu arastirmada, uygun makarnalik bugday hatlarinin tespit edilmesi ve islah programlarinda kullanilmasi amaciyla tane verimi ve bazi verim unsurlari ile birlikte kalite ozellikleri incelenmistir. Calismada, 60 makarnalik bugday hatti yani sira kontrol olarak bes adet tescilli cesit kullanilmistir. Arastirma, Augmented deneme deseninde her birinde 25 parsel bulunan uc blokta yurutulmustur. En dusuk ve en yuksek degerlere gore; basaklanma suresi 126.2-135.2 gun; bitki boyu 86.5-112.5 cm, hektolitre agirligi 75.3-78.9 kg hl -1 , bin dane agirligi 18.6-38.6 g, protein orani %12.7-16.4; irmikte b degeri 17.6-26.1; mini sedimentasyon (mSDS) degeri 3.8-8.3 ml ve tane verimi 249.3-524.0 kg-da -1 arasinda degisim gostermistir. Cesit/hatlara ait veriler kullanilarak olusturulan Biplot grafiginde b degeri, protein orani ve basaklanma suresi bir bolgede yer alirken, bitki boyu, mSDS, tane verimi ve hektolitre agirligi da farkli bir bolgede yer almistir. Incelenen ozellikler bakimindan kontrol cesitlerden daha ustun ozellik gosteren hatlar verim denemelerinde kullanilmak uzere secilmistir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Augmented deneme deseni, biplot analizi, makarnalik bugday, kalite ozellikleri, tane verimi Evaluation of Advanced Durum Wheat ( Triticum turgidum ssp durum ) Lines with Biplot analysis method based on the Augmented Experimental Design Abstract: In this research, variation range for yield, some yield components and quality traits of some durum wheat lines ( Triticum turgidum ssp durum) selected among preliminary yield trials in Diyarbakir ecological conditions during 2008-2009 growing season, in order to determine outstanding wheat lines and use them in the durum wheat breeding program. Sixty wheat lines including five check cultivars were used as genetic material. This experiment was conducted under Augmented Experimental Design consisting of three blocks of which every block has twenty five plots. According to minimum and maximum values of the lines, there was a great variation for number of days to heading 126.2 - 135.2, test weight 75.3 - 78.9 kg hl -1 , thousand grain weight 18.6 - 38.6 g, plant height 86.5 - 112.5 cm, grain protein content 12.7 - 16.4%, semolina b value 17.6 - 26.1, mini sedimentation (mSDS) 3.8 - 8.3 ml and grain yield 249.3 - 524.0 kg da -1 . In the evaluation using the Biplot graph, plant height, mSDS, grain yield and test weight were involved in the same group while protein content, number of days to heading and b value were involved in the other group. According to the results of research , some promising and superior lines were selected for yield trials when compared to check cultivars.
