Salmonellozis gastrointestinal sistemi tutan enfeksiyoz bir hastaliktir. Ozellikle nontifoidal Salmonella terminal ileuma yerlesir ve burada enfeksiyona yol acar. Salmonella enfeksiyonuna bagli alt gastrointestinal kanama gorulebilmektedir. Biz de hematokezya ile basvuran, Crohn hastaligini taklit ederek taniyi guclestiren, siprofloksasin tedavisi ile tam olarak duzelen Salmonella olgumuzu ultrasonografik ve endoskopi goruntuleri ile sunuyoruz.
