The article presents the methods of formation evaluation metasubject competences as a result of cognitive development of children and regulatory universal educational actions. For the first time are presented: method of "Discourse" (A.Z. Zak), associated with the formation of cognitive assessment and regulatory metasubject competences of graduates of primary school (at the decision of the plot and logical problems); the results of the tasks of this technique fifth graders (at the beginning of the school year) number of ordinary public schools and a gymnasium; Statistical analysis of the data (M.G. Sorokova), proving the reliability of the "Discourse" technique and its validity as a differential ability to detect differences in socio-demographic factor "category of students."This work was supported by grant RFH (№16-06-00926).
