Russia's integration into the international educational space increases the significance of the problem of academic mobility, providing students and teachers with the right to choose from a wide range of programs, forms and methods of training, and highlights the importance of establishing an inter-university networking system. The article describes the experience of networking in the context of implementation of the master's programme in "School Psychology". It outlines the basic dimensions of networking as well as its main outcomes and effects for all participants, reveals the problems and ways of dealing with them. In general, networking is becoming one of the most effective mechanisms for the development of educational activities and solving urgent problems in modernization of education, development of mobility in education, including virtual mobility; it has significant resource potential that provides practice-oriented training thus facilitating the transition from the knowledge-based pedagogy to the practice-oriented teaching.
