The article is focused on the analysis of current research on stigma. A basic mechanism of stigmatization is its division into «insiders» and «outsiders» on the basis of cognitive, emotional and behavioral assumptions which arise already at pre-school age. The article presents the results of the psychological program of stigmatization leveling in the preschool group. The work of the teacher-psychologist and teacher of preschool education, aimed at the socialization of aggressiveness and conflict through the development of the moral qualities of the personality of preschoolers helps to neutralize the problem of stigmatization
