The aim of this study is to determine whether the level of workaholism and academical ethical values of academic staff differ according to demographic groups. In this study 357 survey included in the analysis (n = 357). In this study Work-Bat scale which is developed by Spence and Robbins (1992) and translated Turkish two-dimensional form by Ersoy-Kart (2005) and academical ethical values scale which developed by Sevim (2014) were used. In this study, it is shown that the values of academical ethical values towards scientific research and organizational values are higher in female academicians than male academicians, the work drivenness (WD) dimension of workaholism is higher in single academicians than married academicians; academical ethical values’ organizational values subscale is lower in 50+ academicians than 41-50 age group academicians, work drivenness is lower in 50+ academicians than in 31-50 age groups, academical ethical values with three subscales is lower in instructors than faculty members. This study differs from other studies in terms of analyzing the differences between academic ethical values and workaholism levels according to demographic factors.
