It is not possible to care about the social values of all the individuals and society that live in a society. The formation of individual value systems is determined by a number of important factors, starting from the first years of life, primarily through family, environment, education, beliefs, media tools. Individuals are affected by the fact that the family they live in is either core or traditional, again fragmented or healthy, the socio-cultural and economic environment in which they grow is a rural or urban environment, and in the process of adopting all these values. In this study, values that direct the behavior of high school students were examined using the "Schwartz Value Scale". Our research will also have a functional proposition for determining the value orientations of today's secondary school youth and determining the direction in which values will flow in the future. Again, according to the results obtained without research, it is aimed to show how important it is to protect the values and to maintain the socially. Gender, class level, type of school, and place of residence that we think have significant effects on the individual value system in the study were determined as independent variables. A questionnaire form was used in the research and a 57-item "Schwartz Value Scale" developed by S. Schwartz and used in many countries. The data was analyzed in SPSS 20 packet program and presented in tabular form.
