В статье рассматривается архитектура трех ленинградских фабрик-кухонь, построенных в 19201930-х гг. в стиле конструктивизма. Исследуется история их создания, планировочные и функциональные особенности, первоначальное и существующее состояние фасадов, градостроительное размещение. Анализируется планировочная структура объектов с последующим выявлением обеденных и производственных зон. The article describes the architecture of Leningrad factories-kitchens, built in 1920-30’s in the style of constructivism. History of their creation, planning and functional features, and the current status of the original facades, urban accommodation are studied. Planning structure of objects with subsequent identifi cation of dining and industrial zones are analyzed.
