In this study, 'The Instructors On Net' software which is developed as a web based learning management system, is introduced. The Instructors On Net' software provides web based course management. In addition, it includes various features as student affairs module, test module, course preparation module, announcements module and management module. However, this software is developed for distance education; it can also be used in traditional classroom environments to support faculty members. This software has been designed as an open platform for different purposes in accordance with web based learning management systems which are increased rapidly in recent years.
