Clareza, atualização, acesso às informações e estética em sites de Organizações Não Governamentais

The objective of this article is to analyze the dimensions clarity, update, access to information and aesthetics of non-governmental organizations websites from the State Minas Gerais. Therefore its begin with a review of literature on the web 2.0 and the non-governmental organizations then search on websites of the organizations from the State of Minas Gerais. Methodologically it is a descriptive, qualitative and netnographic study. The results show that most organizations provide visible and available information to the user. Finally, the study concludes that most of the analyzed organizations have information exposed and visible to Internet users; use colors, shapes and images that illustrate the work proposal of these organizations; show clearly on actions, objectives, intentions , the work carried out; however, they miss the opportunity to disclose interesting subjects for lack of posting regularly.
