Lichenoid reactions represent a family of lesions with different etiologic factors and common clinical and histologic appearance. Lichen planus is a relatively common chronic mucocutaneous lichenoid lesion and the most important complication is malignant transformation. One of the malignant transformation is squamous cell carcinoma. Squamous cell carcinoma is the most common malignancy affecting the oral cavity. The aim of this case report is to present clinical, radiological and histopathological features of squamous cell carcinoma arising from oral lichen planus in a 76-year-old man
