FAZLA MADDE KAYIPLI DİŞLERİN İNDİREKT YÖNTEM İLE KONSERVATİF TEDAVİSİ: 4 OLGU SUNUMU

Ozet Bu olgu sunumunda, asiri madde kaybi bulunan dislere, konservatif yaklasim ile indirekt kompozit restorasyonlar yapilarak, bu tedavi seceneginin klinik basarisini degerlendirmek amaclanmistir. Klinigimize basvuran 4 farkli hastanin 6 molar/premolar disi, indirekt yontem ile restore edilmeye karar verilmistir. Hastalardan alinan olculer uzerine Tescera kompozit materyali (A2 shade, body, Bisco, Schaumburg, IL, USA) uygulanarak modelaj yapilmis ve arkasindan Tescera indirekt kompozit firininda (ATL II, Bisco, Schaumburg, IL, USA) once isik ile arkasindan basinc ve isi ile post-cure polimerizasyon islemi yapilarak polimerizasyon islemi tamamlanmistir. Restorasyonlarin kavitelere uyumlanmasinin arkasindan, Duolink dual-cure yapistirici siman ile yapistirilmis ve cila isleminin tamamlanmasi ile restorasyonlar bitirilmistir. Klinik olarak direkt yontem ile ideal estetik, kontak ve uyumun saglanamadigi asiri madde kayipli dislere, agiz disinda hazirlanarak uyumlandirilan materyallerin uygulanmasi, immediat donemde klinik olarak basarili ve kabul edilebilir bir sonuc sergilemistir. The indirect conservative treatment approach the tooth that excessive loss of structure: 4 case report Abstract In this case report, was aimed to evaluate the performance of conservative approach in case of the teeth which have excessive material loss were restored with indirect method and the clinical success of this treatment option. Four different patients admitted to our clinic and their 6 molars/or premolar teeth were decided to restore with indirect method. Replicas were prepared with silicon impression material. Tescera composite material (A2 shade, Bisco, Schaumburg, IL, USA) was applied on models and then it was polymerized using light, under the pressure and heat in Tescera indirect composite oven (Bisco, Schaumburg, IL, USA). Behind of the adopting of restorations to cavities, they were luted with Duolink dual-cure luting cement. Restorations were completed after polishing and finishing procedures. The materials that prepared out of the month exhibited successful conclusion clinically at immediate period that ideal aesthetic, contact and compliance is not achieved with direct method to teeth which have excessive loss of material.
