This study has been carried out Kâzim Karabekir Educational faculty and Erzincan Educational Faculty of Ataturk University. A questionnaire has been administered to 456 students to appreciate theirs views on the negativities from class circumstances and residence problems and effects on students success. The results have been evaluated by using the X 2 test and theirs significancy degrees have been given (p<0,05). When reviewed the answers with respect to the sexuality; that classes very crowd, that classes physical problems (temperatur, light, noise et all.), success is prevented due to student dormitory” were significant. The answers about residence such as success is prevented due to student dormitory, to be no workroom only for me, faculty is too distant, to be visitors in may resident almost every time and relations of friends living together” were found as significant.
