The Investigation Of Student Teachers’ Attitudes Towards Their Occupations

Education systems have been reconstructed due to rapidly developments at science and technology and society the need for qualitative human. The aim of this study is to find out different prospective student teachers’ attitudes towards their professions. Sampling consists of 865 student teachers, which are attending “School Experience-I” and “School Experience-II” courses at semester of 2004-2005. The survey has been used as data collection tool (α=0.92). As a result, there is a signifi- cant difference among the student teachers’ attitudes considering the ongoing pro- grams and classes, but not gender at significant level of p<0.05.
