In the buffer zone and in the reserve zone of the National Sanctuary Los Manglares de Tumbes, during July 2011 to March 2012, they were identified and characterized bacterial species. Scraping a sample of the root system of Rhizophora mangle in culture media TCBS, TSA, Cetrimide, Mac Conkey and seeded EndoLES observing morphological characteristics of the colony forming units. The sampleswere purified and isolated, then UFC was selected and extracted DNA using PCR, DNA migration (amplification products), and was subsequently sentto the amplicon sequencing by MEGA program. The bacterial species were identified: B. pumilus, B. megaterium, Bacillus sp., B. aryabhattai,B. cereus, B. thuringiensis, Exiguobacterium sp., and Staphylococcus epidermidis, no cultivable bacteria Firmicutes and other non-cultivable
