OZET: Yuksek kalitede ve cok miktarda sut uretiminin temel kosulu sut sigirlarini yeterince ve kaliteli rasyonlarla beslemektir. Besin maddesi akisinin azalmamasi ve kesilmemesi gerekir. Sicak ve nemli cevre kosullari, sut sigirlarinda stres yaratarak; sut uretimi ve yasama payi icin gerekli besin maddesi alimini azalttigi gibi, uretim masraflarini da arttirir. Ancak, sicakligin yarattigi bu olumsuz kosullar zamaninda yapilan mudahalelerle hafifletilebilir. Bu makalede, sicak hava kosullari suresince sut sigirlarinda stresi minimize etmek ve bu surede uretimi attirmak icin kullanilabilecek besleme yontemleri ve cevresel faktorlerde yapilabilecek degisiklikler ortaya konmaya calisilacaktir.
