LA ASOCIATIVIDAD COMO ESTRATEGIA PARA MEJORAR LA COMPETITIVIDAD DE LAS MICROEMPRESAS PRODUCTORAS DE CALZADO DEL MUNICIPIO DE SINCELEJO

Este articulo es de revision bibliografica y cuyo objetivo fue en diagnosticar la situacion actual, en materia de asociatividad empresarial, en el municipio de Sincelejo (Sucre, Colombia). Se realizo en tres fases: consulta de fuentes secundarias, analisis de las condiciones de favorabilidad que permitan implementar un proceso asociativo entre empresas productoras de calzado y redaccion del articulo. Los resultados evidencian que su estado de asociatividad empresarial en este campo y en este municipio es bastante precario o nulo, al no pertenecer a ninguna asociacion, ni tener noticias de la existencia de alguno de estos entes. Se concluye que no se evidencian estrategias de apoyos a la micro y pequena empresa productora de calzado del municipio por parte del Estado, que fomenten su desarrollo productivo y las impulsen hacia la competitividad. ABSTRACT This article of bibliographical review aimed to diagnose the current situation of business associativity in the municipality of Sincelejo, (Sucre, Colombia) It was carried out in three phases which are: Review of secondary sources, analysis of benefit conditions (favorabilidad) that allow to implement an associative process between footwear enterprises and writing the article. The results demonstrate that business associativity in these enterprises is quite precarious or void, since they are not part of any association or are informed about these entities. It is concluded that there is no evidence of support strategies provided by the government, which promote and boost competitiveness in small and microenterprises of the footwear sector in the municipality of Sincelejo.
