Bu calismada, toz icecek orneginde bulunan renk maddelerinin ultraviyole spektrofotometrisi yontemi ile elde edilen sonuclarin kemometrik metotlar ile tayini gerceklestirilmistir. Kemometrik yontemlerden, temel bilesen regresyonu yontemi (PCR) ve kismi en kucuk kareler yontemi (PLS), bir toz icecek icerisinde bulunan sunset yellow ve β -karotenin miktar tayininde basari ile uygulanmistir. Uygulanan kemometrik yontemler yardimiyla elde edilen sonuclar son derece hizli, basit ve guvenilir sonuclardir.
