Thermoluminescence phenomenon, have been commonly utilized for measurement of radiation doses. Most important point of the measurement of radiation doses by using this method is that fundamental traps parameters influencing thermoluminescence process. Up to now, several models are asserted to determine of the trap parameters and to explain of thermoluminescence process. In this work, interactive multi-trap model was investigated, physical model was performed, differential equations, which is asserted by the model, were solved by numerically and results were compared with real materials. In the light of results obtained from theoretical and experimental studies the proficiency of this model to explain the thermoluminescence process was discussed.
