Formation of personality’s acme-qualities as a component of physical education specialists’ acmeological competence

Aim: to identify characteristics of forming of personality acmeological qualities of physical education specialists and identify interrelation of constituent components of a personal component of their acmeological competence. Material: in the research 194 students of «Physical Education» participated. Results: constituents of a personal component of acmeological competence of physical education specialists is identified; consistency and direction of connection and mutual interaction of acmeological qualities to a personal component of acmeological competence of physical education specialists according to the results of correlation analysis is identified; grouping, classification and compact visualization of constituent components ofacmeological competence of physical education specialists under four factors (motivational-personal, personal, emotional-personal, leaning on a research basis) is performed according to factor analysis; accumulated percent of identified factors dispersion (shows their significance),constituent components of acmeological competence is identified. Conclusions: as a result of constant professional training of physical education specialists on the basis of acmeology, acmeological qualities are formed among physical education specialists, which promotes performance of personality activity in the process of professional forming and constant self-perfecting and self-development
