We provide geographic data for the poorly known dipsadid Siphlophis worontzowi  including the first records to the Tocantins state and on the left bank of Madeira River at Rondonia State. Our data also extend its distribution on Mato Grosso State. We also provide new morphometric, meristic and ecological data to the knowledge of this species.
