The reform of the education system in the independent Uzbekistan due attention to the content of the form of education because of the attention has been updated. Since 1997 a national training program introduced. Today, these programs have been introduced in our country after United States and other countries recognized. Strengthening the material – technical base of higher education institutions, and measures to improve the quality of training of highly qualified professional, laid the groundwork to change the contents of the knowledge and institutions of higher education. In this article the independent years of Republic Uzbekistan in the field of education reform and in this sector reached diminishing, the training of national acceptance, eyes objectless and 12 years without charge and compulsory universal education the modernization of public education achievements the status of cooperation with higher educational institutions in the developed nations of the world about said in this article.
