Modernization Strategy of Public Administration System in Ukraine in the Interests of the Majority of its Citizen

The strategic course for Ukraine’s development as a democratic state through human-centric modernization of public administration system in terms of focusing government authorities on the interests of ordinary people has been substantiated. At the same time, such modernization will significantly facilitate the stabilization of social relations and consolidation of different strata having different views and values.
