Analysis of Distribution Secondary Schools of Ukraine by the Example of Stakhanov City

The article highlights the problems of financing the secondary education in Ukraine and outlines the prospects for their solution. The analysis of scientific researches concerning the solving of spatial distribution of productive forces has been provided. The current state of fertility in the Stakhanov city has been analyzed; and the forecast of the level of fertility for the following several years has been performed. The factors that affect fertility in Stakhanov were found. A comparative analysis of the capacity of secondary schools to their actual fullness has been carried out. Indicators of costs per pupil have been investigated, and the comparison of these indicators with the estimated indicators of the Ministry of Finance in Ukraine has been done. We have found conformity of actual values per student with the estimated indicators.
