The article presents the results of experimental researches of biologically active components in aronia berry (one of the most widespread represent ative of wild plant raw) and the estimation of the influence of separate biologically active substances contained in it on the normal functioning of a live organism. There was affirmed that the researched raw material is rich of natural polycomponent system whose parts mak e the manytrended positive influence on human life activ ity. The obtained results have shown the perspectives of production of polyfunctional food enriching compou nds on the base of wildgrown berries, which will b e helpful for creating the new competitive foodstuffs with determined composition, color, taste, odor, texture,
