La política como administración.El surgimiento y consolidación del Juarismo en la provincia de Córdoba, Argentina (1877-1883)

The ''juarismo'' was a political experiment that, although appearing in Cordoba, quickly transcended the local frame and played a decisive role in the early dynamics of the National Autonomous Party that ruled Argentina between 1880 and 1916. Such experience was founded on innovative forms of construction and administration of power. In these pages we explore a set of measures implemented by the juarismo between 1877 and 1883 in order to transform processing forms of political conflict, which included legal and administrative innovations concerning the operation of the main areas of public intervention.
