Formas organizativas de los trabajadores bananeros afectados por el Nemagón en Costa Rica (1990-2010)

This paper analyzes the different kinds of organizations of the banana workers affected by DBCP, pesticide known as Nemagon, from 1990 to 2010, in Costa Rica. It is presented a discussion about three different kinds of organizations: social networks, labor unions and a figure called “gavilanes”, and their participation in the political process.
