FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS BY MEMBERS OF THE AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE ON GRAIN LOGISTICS

The article investigates the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of management decisions by members of the agricultural cooperative for grain logistics. Criteria approaches to rationalizing the choice of an alternative channel by a cooperative member in a grain logistics system are developed by combining elements of the decision tree method and linear programming method, which allows to minimize the costs of farming through diversified use of different logistical channels (direct and indirect) costs, but also the additional potential losses of the respective participant. The necessity and prospect of introduction of a comprehensive methodological approach to the implementation of the Fortschrittzahlen (FZ) logistic concept in the management of an agricultural grain cooperative is substantiated, which allows to prepare the optimal program for the supply of products to the cooperative elevator and to coordinate production strategic plans of cooperative farms. In the objective function of the task, the calculation of the projected average costs of a member of an agricultural cooperative per unit of processing and storage of grain must meet a number of basic conditions. In particular, when using own capacity: taking into account the calculation of all direct and overhead variables and fixed costs; calculation of the level of fixed costs on the basis of the average forecast scenario of volumes Антошкова Н.А. «Клієнтоорієнтований сервіс» як домінуючий фактор формування лояльності споживачів на підприємствах ресторанного господарства 54 of capacity utilization; taking into account the required level of payment of penalties for the grain service cooperative ordered but not used, etc. When using the services of a grain agricultural cooperative: orientation to the planned cost of the cooperative's services in accordance with their calculation and the previous volumes of orders of its members (with compensation of outstanding obligations through the mechanism of penalties); mandatory inclusion in the calculation of additional costs for the external transportation of the grain of the cooperative member; increase of the estimated volume of logistical expenses for the level of expected losses of production from grain harvesting in suboptimal agrotechnical terms (with the purpose of avoiding combining in the time of harvesting of different crops after a long time for retrofitting of the separator and complete cleaning of the separator and dryer of the cooperative).
