Shaping Nursing Professional Skills with the use of the Method of Nursing Process as well as Diagnoses and Nursing Interventions According to ICNP Oriented on the Female Patient with Multiple Sclerosis

The hybrid strain Pe2515 was obtained through crossbreeding of monokargon.Pe2515 was different significantly in the antayonism cultivation,analysis of esterase isozyme electoephoesis,fruitbody growing temperature condition,yield and morpholoyical characteristis.The increment rate of Pe2515 reached 11.6%-64.25 % comparised with the parent strain Pe1,reached 60.34 % comparised with the parent strain pe2,and reached 19.48 %-50.60 % comparised with the other contrast strains.Its Fruitbody was similary to that of the parent strain pe1,but was smaller.The cluster analysis showed that the genetic dissimilarity matrix was more than 0.87,between the hybrid train pe2515 and its parent strains.The fruitbody growing temperature of hybrid strain pe2515 ranged in 10-30℃,and was wider than its parent strains.The content of crude protein and amino acids between the two parents and the crude fat below the two parents.
