Ankara keçisi tekelerinde serum tiroid hormon ve kolesterol düzeyleri ilişkisi

Bu calimanin amaci, klinik olarak salikli gorunen Ankara kecisi tekelerinde serum tiroidhormonlari ve kolesterol duzeylerinin belirlenmesi ile bu iki parametre arasinda dier turlericin bildirilen negatif ilikinin Ankara kecisi tekeleri icin de soz konusu olup olmadiininaratirilmasidir.Tekelerin vena jugularislerinden usulune uygun olarak vakumlu tuplere kan alinmitir. Martayina ait kanlar 4000 RPM’de 10 dakika santrifuj edilerek serumlari elde edilmitir. Serumlarkullanilincaya kadar +4 C’de muhafaza edilmi ve ertesi gun T3, T4 ve kolesterol analizlerigercekletirilmitir. Ankara kecisi tekelerinde Mart ayina ait kan serum orneklerinde T4duzeyi 7.74±0.29 μg/dl; T3 duzeyi 1.69±0.88 ng/dl ve serum kolesterol duzeyi ise 62.12±2.54mg/dl bulunmutur.Serum kolesterol deerleri ile serum T3 duzeyleri arasinda istatistik onemsiz negatif; serum T4duzeyleri arasinda ise literatur bilgilerin aksine istatistik onemli pozitif bir iliki (P<0.05)tespit edilmitir.AbstractThe aim of this study was to investigate the levels og thyroid hormone and cholesterol ofAngora goats which were considered to be healthy. It was also aimed to determine whetherthere was a negative relationship between these two parameters in Angora goats as told inother literature.The blood was collected at month March. Blood was taken to the test tubes according to theprocedure. It was sanrifuged at 4000 rpm for 10 min. Serum samples were stored at 4 C’ onthe other day. T3, T4 and cholesterol were 1,69ng/ml, 7,74 mg/dl and 62,12 mg/dlrespectively.The relationship between T3 and colesterol was negative but it was statistically insignificantand on the contrary of the literatures the relationship between T4 and cholesterol was positivestatistically significant.
