Sum.nıary: This study wtıS undertaken to determine the patogenieity oj Eimeria arloingi in Angora kids. A total of ı6 Angora kids were used. These animals, ı week or less in age, were obtained from çifteler Statf! farm and were kept in individual pens troııghoııt tlZe experiment. Each pen had eor,crete floor, eovered wiht straw wlzich was replaced twice weekly. The animals were fed wiht cow milk and daily access to dry alfalfa, mixed grain and water. When these animals became 6 week old they were inoeulated orally wiht o.ooı to ı o millions sporulated oocysts CI!E. arloingi. Feeal samples were eolleeted intermitently bifore inoeulation and daily af ter inoeulation CI! the animals. The samples were examined for ooeysts by modified M c Master leehnique . Of 16 kids 3 were killed at 3 day inlervals ranging from 3 to 9 days afıer inoeulation. From ıhe animals killed or died, seeıions of tissue from abomasum, eecum, upper colon, middle calan, lover calan andfrom small inlesline at 30 cm intervals anterior t? the iliocecal valve were taken and fixed in formalin. All tissue samples were seetioned in paraffin and stained wiht hematox)'lin eosine.
