The purpose oL this study was to elicit aıı acute poisoııiııg encountering in caffle gnızing around (( hattery factory in Eskişehir. For this reason, t/ıe orgaıı. lissue and content samples ohtained ji-om the died animals were suhjected to their level oj le{[(lcontems. Initially, orgaııic matter ol the samples was ashed at 550 oCfor 4-5 hours aııd then lead levels were measured spectrophotometrically.
