In this study, arthroscopical upproch to the complex carpal joint, adaptation to the joint's arhroscopical anatomy and Raining arthmscopical experience which causes minimal trauma in the carpal joint were subjecred. The study materials were 30 cadavers' carpal joints of horses. The examination of the intacarpal and radiocarpal joints were peıformed by lateral and medial approaches. As a result: adaptation to the complex calpal join!'s anatomical structures was provided in this study. With this adaptation, arthroscopical experience, which would cause minimal iatroRenic lesions infurter clinical cases, was Rained.
